Spring is in the air at Peabody Retirement Community!
On February 26, we hosted a delightful Spring Fever Canvas Night, bringing residents and community members together for an evening of creativity and artistic expression.
Led by talented artist Rebecca Shafer, the event provided a fun and relaxing environment where participants could explore their artistic side. With spring tulips as the theme, each attendee had the opportunity to paint their own vibrant masterpiece inspired by the beauty of the season. Rebecca guided the class step-by-step, offering tips and encouragement to help bring each unique vision to life.
The evening was filled with joy as attendees experimented with colors, brushstrokes, and personal artistic touches. Some followed Rebecca’s guidance closely, while others added their own creative flair, resulting in a stunning variety of tulip-inspired paintings. The event was not only an artistic outlet but also a wonderful opportunity for socialization.
We are grateful to Rebecca Shafer for sharing her talent and enthusiasm and to all who joined us for this special evening. We look forward to more creative events in the future! Stay tuned for upcoming opportunities to unleash your artistic side and celebrate the changing seasons with us.
