Peabody Retirement Community residents enjoyed a wonderful evening of creativity, laughter, and sweet treats during our recent Cookies & Canvas event. With a theme of abstract spring flowers, residents had the opportunity to express their artistic side while enjoying a fun and relaxing atmosphere.
Sweet Indulgence – Cookies by Jen provided beautifully decorated cookies that were almost too adorable to eat. These delightful treats added a special touch to the evening and gave everyone something sweet to enjoy while painting.
We would also like to extend a special thank you to our talented instructor, Rebecca Shafer, who guided residents through the painting process. Her encouragement and creativity helped everyone feel confident in their artistic abilities, resulting in a collection of beautiful spring-inspired artwork.
Events like Cookies & Canvas offer residents the chance to socialize, try something new, and celebrate creativity together. The room was filled with smiles, conversation, and colorful canvases that captured the spirit of spring.
