Along with enjoying a healthier lifestyle overall, participating in personal training ensures you decrease your risk for a fall with increased muscle and bone strength, plus you’ll notice higher energy and endurance levels.

Our Experienced Personal Trainer for Seniors

Personal training is provided by Cindy Hackworth, NASM, whose experience includes helping clients with diverse needs, including:

  • Knee, hip and shoulder replacements
  • Past and present injuries
  • Various chronic health concerns

To get started, you simply need to become a member of the Billie Jane Strauss Wellness Center and complete your tour and orientation. Then, schedule your free senior fitness evaluation and exercise prescription to determine if one-on-one personal training is right for you.
