Conveniently located within minutes of area hospitals, Peabody’s on-site Health Center makes aging in place simple. As part of our Life Plan program, you can easily transition to advanced levels of care, including long-term skilled nursing care and rehabilitation, whenever you need them, right on campus. And, of course, skilled nursing and rehab is always available to the North Manchester community at large.
Our skilled nursing residences provide long-term, 24-hour nursing with compassionate care from our highly trained staff. Private and semi-private rooms are available, and we accept Medicare, private pay, and most insurance. VA benefits are also available for eligible veterans.
We offer inpatient and outpatient short-term rehabilitation for residents of Peabody, as well as the entire area surrounding North Manchester. Our skilled therapy team will work with you to develop an individualized care plan using innovative therapies to help you recover from surgery or a hospital stay. Our goal is to get you back home and to your good life as quickly as possible.
