If you’re like most, you agree that some holiday traditions are ageless, like the charm of a beautifully decorated gingerbread house. The cheerful aroma brings back warm holiday memories and delights the young and young at heart.

We invite you to create your own gingerbread house, display it at our Gingerbread Festival Open House and Contest, and maybe win $250 for yourself, your family, your organization, or your church!

Just complete the entry form and return it to us by mail, fax or email. Come see how we Celebrate the Ageless Holiday Spirit at Peabody Retirement Community!

Entries limited to the first 10 entry forms received in each category. Limit one entry per category. Deadline for entry form is November 15.

DETAILS:

Gingerbread house must be no larger then 24” x 12” x 24” and no smaller then 9”x9”x9”
Base: 1⁄2 or 3⁄4 inch plywood.
Drop off gingerbread house on Nov. 21 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Gingerbread houses will be on display Nov. 24-Dec. 1. Voting will be on Nov. 24 from 2 to 4 p.m. during the Gingerbread Open House (featuring music, tasty treats, visit by Santa and Mrs. Claus and more).
Winners will be selected by popular vote. Each category winner will receive $250.

Entries must be picked up Dec. 2 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
